Howdy....

Finally got another breakthrough from the personal hell that I put myself through. As we all know that "Truth shall set us all free" and I am going to live by that.

This morning I had a great chat with a friend and it came to a point that I realized that for every hook up I do, I tend to feel guilty afterwards about it comes from the fact that I still beat myself up emotionally for cheating on my ex when we were together.

So now that I have that taken care of, hopefully that I can begin to see some real changes in my life that I want to take place and be a better person and more loving to myself.
