I have returned after a long break of blogging/vlogging.
On July 11, 2007 I had a lapro surgery for removal of my gall bladder. It was full of stones. This was my first surgery in my life and I was so terrified.
But I came out of the surgery in very good shape. The interpreter said that I was one of the most alerted patient right out of the surgery that she has ever worked with. She said she was surprised at how alert I was because I was asking questions about the surgery and I gave the doctor my birthdate without asking.
I am glad that the surgery went well. I was suppose to stay overnight but because I went to the bathroom, had a light dinner and I walked pretty long that they thought I was doing very well. They allowed me to decide whether I wanted to stay overnight or go home. I wanted to go home and sleep in my own bed. So I did.
The worst of everything is that I am sore in a certain spot on my stomach where they had to cut pretty big and do a lot of stitches. Other than that, I am okay. I am walking and eating normally. I am just taking it easy and walking every now and then like five or ten minutes walking every 2 to 3 hours to prevent blood clots.
